Subscriptions

Subscription Duration: TepTep offers subscription plans of one, two, three, six or twelve months duration. If you would like to opt for different intervals (such bi-weekly deliveries), kindly Whatsapp 012-4321178 or email teptepaustralia@gmail.com.

Payment and Billing: Customer agrees to pay all fees applicable to the purchases using one of the payment methods we support. Except as otherwise specified in these terms, fees are quoted and payable in Malaysian Ringgit. The subscription will not be renewed after the then-current term expires. You can make another purchase whenever you're ready to continue your subscription.

Cancellation & Refund Policies: A prepaid subscription cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable and non-returnable. However, you can opt to pause your subscription if you will be travelling or not be in town and un-pause it anytime within one year of your purchase.

Modification of Subscription: If you would like to make changes to your current subscription plan such as change delivery date, flavours or quantities, etc., kindly email teptepaustralia@gmail.com or Whatsapp 012-4321178 at least 24 hours before your next delivery day.

Delivery and Shipping: Subsequent subscriptions will be delivered one (1) month after the initial chosen delivery date. Delivery days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The exact delivery day will be the one closest to the initial date. If a delivery is to be made on the same day of notification, additional delivery charges may apply.

At the moment, our subscription plans are available for Klang Valley, Selangor, Penang, Ipoh, Melaka, Seremban and Johor customers only. The team is working on expanding this service to other states so hang in there!

All our deliveries are handle by third-party companies such as Lalamove, Grab Express Delivery and ColdStar Express Delivery. Any issues/complaints about the delivery staff will be forwarded to our delivery partners and dealt with according to their terms and conditions. We will not be held responsible for any issues/complaints with the delivery staff.

For any undelivered subscriptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as recipient is not home during the time of delivery or other issues that is beyond our control, the items will be sent back to our headquarters and we'll get in touch with you for further instructions. A new delivery fee will be charged for a second delivery attempt.

Quality Assurance: In the unlikely event that the item is damaged/defective or the wrong item is received, please get in touch with us within seven calendar days upon receipt of your order for an exchange. If you need to cancel or amend your delivery, you may do so before it's sent out. Whatsapp us at 012-4321178 or email us at teptepaustralia@gmail.com immediately! If your delivery has already been sent out and is on its way to you, we're afraid we will not be able to accept any returns due to the sensitive nature of our tepache.

TepTep is not responsible for any lost or stolen item that has been left out for an extended period of time. Please double check that there will be someone present at the given delivery address to receive the order. If you need to change your delivery address, please let us know immediately before delivery.

Make sure to refrigerate your tepache upon receipt as the probiotics are alive and raw so it'll continue to ferment even when bottled. Thus, you'll need to chill it before you open or consume the drinks, to avoid overflowing when you open the bottle.

Communication Preferences: We will contact you via Whatsapp to communicate any changes/issues related to your subscription.

Terms Changes: TepTep reserves the right to revoke your subscription at any time as a result of a violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy. Subscriptions are void where prohibited by law. We will notify you of any changes via Whatsapp.

Customer Responsibilities: If changes need to made to your current subscription, please inform us as soon as you can, at least 24 hours before your next delivery day so that adjustments can be made. Just drop us a Whatsapp at 012-4321178 or email teptepaustralia@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Force Majeure: In the event that the delivery of your subscription is affected or a product is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of nature, war, terrorism, governmental regulations, disasters, strikes, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, TepTep will be excused from its obligations for the duration of the force majeure event. We will promptly notify you of such circumstances and take reasonable steps to resume performance as soon as practicable.
