Shipping Policy

Delivery details:
Once payment is received, your order will be shipped accordingly. Delivery is on every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

 

Delivery area:

West Malaysia:

We deliver to certain regions in West Malaysia, including Penang, Ipoh, Melaka, Seremban and Johor at the moment. Kindly check the availability using your Postal Code on the product page before adding it into the cart to ensure your area is covered. If your location is outside of our delivery areas but you would still like place an order for delivery, kindly drop us a Whatsapp at 012-4321178 or email us at teptepaustralia@gmail.com and we would love to get in touch with you!

Klang Valley & Selangor:

We deliver on every MondayWednesday and Thursday. Each order will take about 1 - 3 working days to deliver from the date of order.

Deliveries will be conducted within 12pm - 6pm. Deliveries are not available on weekends and Public Holidays. You shall receive you order between 1 - 4 hours on delivery day after 12pm when we start our delivery. Estimated time of delivery will depend on various factors such as festival seasons, availability of riders, overload of orders, traffic, weather, etc.

 

Delivery cost:

For regions that we cover in West Malaysia, including Penang, Ipoh, Melaka, Seremban and Johor, there will be a standard delivery fee of RM15.

For Klang Valley and Selangor, there will be a standard delivery fee of RM10.

However, we offer free delivery for orders above RM150 for all the regions that we cover.

 

Delivery Partners

Lalamove, Grab Express Delivery and ColdStar Express Delivery are our selected delivery partners currently.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases made through TepTep are final, and there are no returns/refunds. Customers may, however, make an exchange if the goods received are broken, defective, or any issues you deemed unsatisfactory. Kindly keep them sealed, take a picture of the product and drop an email to teptepaustralia@gmail.com within 3 days from receipt with your contact details, day of receipt, invoice, and the description of the issue. Our team should have the full discretion to decide whether the products should be returned and replaced. We will not accept any return of goods unless explicitly agreed in writing in advance. 

If there are any refunds taking place, kindly be informed that the transfer might not occur right away because banks may need 7 or even 14 working days to process the fund. We have no control over this, but we shall keep track to ensure you get your refund.

 

Terms & Conditions:

Each order will take about 3 - 5 working days for Klang Valley to deliver from the date of order and about 3 - 10 working days for locations outside of Klang Valley.

  • FREE shipping may not be applicable during selected sales and promotion periods. 
  • Any delays in delivery caused by factors out of our control could happen, and we shall not be held any responsibilities for it but should assist in tracking the goods' location.
  • Any changes in the delivery details on the selected delivery day or a day before the delivery day are not allowed. The customer will be charged an additional fees to make the relevant changes.
